Fantastic experience: Un séjour parfait ! Le logement est spacieux, très propre et bien équipé. La vue sur les collines est superbe, surtout au lever comme au coucher du soleil. Très calme, on profite à la fois de la mer et de la nature. Hôte accueillante et disponible. Nous avons passé un excellent séjour à Roses, je recommande à 100 % !

Fantastic experience: Bonjour, L appartement est bien situé à 5mn du port de Roses avec une place de parking dans la résidence. Point fort : la piscine privée en bas de l immeuble fort agréable pour se rafraîchir. Par contre les équipements à l intérieur sont vieillissants et un réglage de la pression pose problème au robinet de l evier de la cuisine. Une cafetière moderne style senseo serait appréciée. Positive experience: Très belle vue, quartier plutôt calme, résidence fermée et accès direct à la plage. Petit bémol : peu d’ustensiles dans l’appartement, par exemple pas de passoire.

Rita hat uns einen Stellplatz in einer Garage organisiert-vielen Dank dafür. Bad relativ klein. Küche könnte mit Geschirr besser bestückt sein. Auf der Max. 20qm großen Dachterrasse konnte das Sonnensegel nicht genutzt werden, war defekt

Fantastic experience: Der Ort Roses liegt wunderschön in einer Bucht und die Wohnung/Haus auf einer Anhöhe mit Blick aufs Meer. Das Ferienhaus hat alles was man braucht und insbesondere das Frühstück und Abendessen auf der Terrasse hat uns sehr gefallen. Der Pool lädt zum Baden ein. Wir kommen wieder. Der Ort Roses können wir nur empfehlen. Der Service durch die Argentur Barneda war sehr gut und einfach. Kommunikation über AirBNB oder direkt in der Stadt perfekt.
Fantastic experience: Betreft appartement Mileni 2 1 3 1 Schitterend, schoon en stijlvol appartement. Sleuteloverdracht gaat altijd uitstekend door Engelstalige ontvangst bij Immo Barneda. Fantastic experience: Since 2014 we have been renting an apartment through the Barneda agency, at least twice a year. The time frame between our request and the stay is often very short, yet each time Rita has managed to find us the apartment that suited us, on the desired dates. A problem with an appliance?... and immediately someone from the agency came to take a look and solved it. The various apartments are well-equipped, and I must say that a relationship of trust has been established between us. Regarding the sales side, we dealt with Messrs. Ramon and Carlos Barneda; they are available, attentive, and do not spare their time to show you properties that may interest their potential clients. Furthermore, know that for those who do not speak Spanish, within this team, everyone speaks French. The first time, it was on recommendation that we visited this agency, and we do not regret it. I gave this review in ....., we are in 2024 and I do not delete it to give another as my feeling has been the same since I started renting through this agency. Rita and now Simona work hand in hand, thanks to them.

Positive experience: Pleasant stay in May. Spacious, bright, comfortable apartment with a sea view, near a grocery store and a food outlet. The city center is about thirty minutes on foot or ten minutes by car. Very good contact with the agency, the staff is responsive to any request. I recommend it.
